Personality:
Fuuma appears friendly and is always smiling no matter what like his brother. Fuuma hides what he's usually feeling behind a smile. He enjoys ‘playing’ with Kamui when they were in Tokyo as the vampire had interested Fuuma during their time there. He also seems to have a kind and thoughtful side to him when it comes to others and the situation they're in like when he offers the compass to Sakura.

Just like his brother though, Fuuma enjoys teasing and flirting with others - particularly Kamui. If anything, Fuuma enjoys annoying the vampire and does whatever he can to irritate the other. Fuuma is a carefree person who lives his life to the fullest.

History:
Not much is known about Fuuma. The only thing certain about him is that Fuuma is the younger brother of Seishirou. In order to travel dimensions, Fuuma agreed to become Yuuko's errand boy. However, the true purpose of his travels is unclear. He appears to be a treasure hunter.

While traveling, Fuuma landed in Tokyo - a ruined and bloodshed world with acidic rain where the survivors fight over uncontaminated water. Fuuma became the leader of the Tower and they pose a threat to the Diet Building and their water, which angers Kamui, the leader of the Building.

They engage into battle shortly before Fuuma and his crew are called back to Tokyo Tower as another group was stealing their water. After the event in the Tower, Fuuma returns with Sakura's feather. He made a deal with the Diet Building to let the people of the Tower live there in exchange of the feather since their supply of water was running low.

It is during this that Fuuma is revealed to be Seishirou's younger brother and that angered Kamui greatly. Fuuma then assists Sakura by giving her a compass that'll help navigate her through Tokyo in search of the payment to Yuuko for preserving the water under the Diet Building.

While Sakura left on her search, Fuuma speaks to Kamui and Subaru. He tells Subaru that Seishirou misses the gentle vampire and that he'll search for Subaru until they meet again.

At the end, Fuuma gives Sakura back her feather that preserved the water under Tokyo Tower and warns her that the quest to obtain his brother's will be dangerous. After everything settled in Tokyo, Fuuma soon left once the vampire twins and Sakura and her friends left.

Worst Nightmare:
Fuuma is in a dark room that was all covered in blood. He seems to be unconcerned until he hears a woman’s voice that seems to be cooing something, or someone. Fuuma would investigate it to see the woman cradling someone’s head. His brother’s. As he tries to go towards the woman, she looks at him before the entire room began to be filled with blood and then the skeletons of the vampire twins suddenly appear out of the blood and begin dragging him down. The woman laughs as Fuuma is dragged down and the last thing Fuuma sees is the woman’s skin shedding until there is nothing left but bones. Then, he wakes up with a terrified look in his eyes and he’s drenched in sweat.
